Keep your documents online until it’s time to sign.

Our agents can bring them to you.

Your real estate closing is when you seal the deal. The house is officially sold, and everyone can finally go on their merry way.
If you’re the buyer, that means keys in hand. If you’re the seller, it’s money in the bank. Woo-hoo!

HOW YOUR REAL ESTATE CLOSING WORKS

A SimplyTitle closing agent comes to your home, office, or other convenient place you pick.
We keep this low-key and private. No big offices full of people. Just the key players involved in your transaction.

You.
Obviously.

Your partner.
If you’re buying, this is your
co-borrower on your mortgage. If you’re selling, it’s whoever owns the house with you.

We send an expert real estate closing professional to you for closing.

So everyone is present and accounted for. Here’s what to expect.
