How quickly can I get my commission payment after the sale is closed?
Answer If it’s a cash deal, commission is issued right after all parties’ sign. If there is a lender involved, commission is released as soon as the OK is received from the lender to disburse funds. This is usually the same day, but occasionally can happen on the following day (and we can either wire or overnight a check).
